Where We Ship From:

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia):

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $100 - Parcels): A flat rate of $10 applies to all domestic parcel orders under $100. This is sent via standard parcel post.
  • Standard Shipping (Orders over $100 - Parcels): Tracked shipping is included free of charge for all domestic parcel orders over $100.
  • Express Post (All Orders - Parcels): We offer an express post option for a flat rate of $15 on all orders, regardless of order value. This means even if your order is over $100 and qualifies for free standard tracked shipping, you can upgrade to express for an additional $15.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: Our international costs vary depending on location.

Shipping Times:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping (Parcels): Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Generally, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Domestic Express Post (Parcels): Delivery is typically within 1-3 business days after dispatch to most metropolitan areas.
  • International Shipping (Parcels): Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing. You can typically expect delivery within 7-21 business days after dispatch, but it can sometimes take longer.

Tracking Your Order:

  • For all domestic parcel orders over $100, all express post orders, and all international orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment1 online through the relevant shipping carrier's website.

  • Dispatch times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of receiving them. However, during peak periods (e.g., holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
  • Delivery addresses: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
